Refund Policy
At The Sunday Club, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved curating it.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@calandco.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note:

/ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

/ Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

/ Earrings and select accessories may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
